What's going on guys! This is VinylicPuma and I figured we could take a break from the Fallout 76 videos and go back to Fallout 4! Today, I figured I'd look into some of Fallout 4's Better Secret Areas and Locations that aren't normally accessed through Normal gameplay. In this video, you'll see some Developer Rooms and Test Cells that are in Fallout 4's game files that are normally accessed via the Developer Console, but may actually be possible to visit on the console versions provided you have certain Mods installed.
