One of the main reasons people play this game is for the sense of accomplishment of turning nothing into something. In this game you start with only the bare necessities, a tent, a bed and not much else. But from there the game opens up and you can build your dream town, any way

Reason #2 - Multiplayer modes let you play with your friends on the same island
This is perhaps the best feature of animal crossing. You will be able to login to the same island with a friend and build your town together. Up to eight players will be able to play on the same island and up to four residents will be able to join and play together at the same time.

Here you can see the crafting menu. They added crafting to the game which will allow you to create hundreds of different options that can help you develop your home and make your game life easier. You can build tools, fires, items for your house, and buildings. And another feature for those of you that don't like crafting is that you will be able to purchase all the items with gold from the store, so you can skip crafting completely if you choose to.
This leads us to Reason #4, which is gathering. There are plenty of objects you can gather in the game and you will be able to use them yourself or sell them for gold. You can use this gold to buy useful items and develop your town even more. There are apples for food, rocks that give you gold, and many more things you can gather in the game.
The final reason you should buy this game is something I know many of you from previous games really wanted. The ability to build paths, which was missing from earlier games. This will make navigating your island
much easier, and will allow you to improve the look of the island as well.
