Whether you’re tackling rugged mountain trails or going on a weekend day hike, one essential rule remains the same: stay hydrated. But carrying a bulky, rigid water bottle can weigh you down—literally. That’s why hikers are turning to smarter, space-saving solutions like the Mefold Collapsible Water Bottle. Lightweight, tough, and thoughtfully designed, this bottle is everything you need in your pack—and nothing you don’t.
Tiny Size, Especially When Folded
The genius of the Mefold bottle lies in its foldable design, which reduces its size by 60% when empty. That means less bulk in your bag once you’ve had your fill. Whether you’re trying to travel ultralight, or just want to maximize space for snacks and gear, this compact bottle slides easily into pockets, backpacks, or even jacket pouches.
Despite its tiny footprint when collapsed, the bottle offers a spacious 720 ml (24 oz) capacity—the perfect amount for staying hydrated between refills on the trail. You get the hydration your body needs, without the unnecessary weight or volume.
Built for the Wild: Safe Durable
The Mefold bottle isn’t just portable—it’s built to endure outdoor adventures. Crafted from TPEE material that’s BPA-free and food-grade, it offers safe drinking with none of the chemical worries that come with cheap plastic bottles. And because it’s reusable and sustainable, you’re reducing single-use waste while enjoying the great outdoors. It’s a win for your health and for the environment.
For hikers, where every item must serve a purpose, this bottle earns its place. It’s not only drop-resistant, but it also withstands temperatures up to 120°C, so whether you’re sipping ice-cold stream water or enjoying a warm brew from your campfire kettle, this bottle is up to the task.
Adventure-Ready Performance
Out on the trail, reliability matters. The Mefold water bottle features a leak-proof screw cap that seals tightly, preventing any unwanted spills in your backpack. Whether you’re navigating steep inclines, scrambling over rocks, or setting up camp, you can move confidently knowing your gear—and your hydration—is secure.
Plus, the grippy geometric design isn’t just stylish—it adds slip resistance, even when your hands are wet or gloved. It’s functional, it’s durable, and it just feels good to use.
Lightweight Minimalism Meets Outdoor Style
Available in a range of modern, energizing colors, the Mefold bottle complements your personal style while maintaining a clean, minimalist look. It’s perfect for those who love both design and practicality, because your gear should work hard and look good doing it.
Why It’s a Must-Have for Hikers
Let’s face it: space and weight are precious when you’re hiking. You want every item in your pack to serve a purpose—and preferably more than one. The Mefold bottle checks all the boxes:
Lightweight and collapsible: Perfect for ultralight packing
Large capacity: Keeps you hydrated longer
Rugged and durable: Ready for the rough outdoors
Heat and drop resistant: Handles whatever the trail throws at you
Eco-conscious: Reduces single-use plastic waste

Rock Island State Park is a state park in Warren County and White County, Tennessee, located in the Southeastern United States. The park is named after the community of Rock Island, Tennessee, which in turn received its name from an island on the Caney Fork upstream from the Collins River confluence and Great Falls Dam.[1] Rock Island State Park is centered on a peninsula created by the confluence of these two rivers and extends downstream to the headwaters of Center Hill Lake.
The park consists of 883 acres (3.57 km2) and is managed by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
Twin Falls, a cascade waterfall that spills down from a cavern into the Caney Fork, just beyond the powerhouse. The waterfall was created by the Great Falls Dam, which caused the Collins River to rise. The rising waters began seeping into caverns on Rock Islands south shore and exiting at the falls on the north shore.
The Caney Fork winds its way westward from its source atop the Cumberland Plateau and drops down to the Highland Rim at Scotts Gulf, where it enters White County. Just past Scotts Gulf, the river gains strength, absorbing Cane Creek and the Calfkiller River as it winds along the base of the plateau. At the community of Walling, the river briefly turns southward and absorbs the Rocky River before turning westward again. Two miles beyond its Rocky River confluence, the Caney Fork absorbs the Collins and enters the Great Falls Gorge. Beyond the gorge, the river enters the upper extremes of its Center Hill Lake impoundment and begins winding its way northward toward its mouth along the Cumberland River, near Carthage.
The Collins River rises atop the Cumberland Plateau several miles south of Rock Island State Park at the head of a canyon known as Savage Gulf. The river winds its way northward through a section of the Highland Rim known as the Barrens, and steadies as it enters the eastern section of McMinnville. The river almost joins the Caney Fork at a point just opposite the Great Falls Dam power plant, but instead bends southward to create the peninsula where the present park is located.
Rock Island, the parks namesake, is an island located in the Caney Fork at 35.79502°N 85.60448°W, approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) upstream from the present site of Great Falls Dam. The community of Rock Island is located along Great Falls Lake east of the state park.

Yonah Mountain (commonly referred to as Mount Yonah or, by older Georgians, Yonah Bald) is a mountain ridge located in the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest in Georgia, United States. It is between the cities of Cleveland and Helen. Yonah is the Cherokee word for Bear.
There is a signed trailhead from Chambers Road and an approximately 2.3 mile trail (gaining 1500 feet in elevation) leads to the summit. There are also side trails that lead to neighboring Pink Mountain.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yonah_Mountain
Rabun Bald, with an elevation of 4,696 feet (1,431 m), is the second-highest peak in the U.S. state of Georgia; only Brasstown Bald 4,784 feet (1,458 m) is higher. It is immediately southeast of Sky Valley, Georgia, and is the tallest mountain in the county. An observation tower on the summit provides hikers with views that, on clear days, extend for more than 100 miles (160 km). The hike to the top of Rabun Bald is 5.8 miles (9.3 km) round trip via the Rabun Bald Trail. The Rabun Bald Trail connects with the Bartram Trail system, which passes over the top as it winds through northeast Georgia for 37 miles (60 km).
According to Native American legend, Rabun Bald is inhabited by fire-breathing demon people: some campers still report hearing strange sounds throughout the night.[3]
Rabun Bald was the site of the first fire tower in the area, which was constructed by Nick Nicholson, the first forest ranger in Georgia. The fire tower was operated by the United States Forest Service until the early 1970s. After the fire tower was taken out of service, a Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) crew dismantled the towers uppermost component, a metal-framed enclosure with glass windows that sat atop a stone base. Leaving the stone base intact, the YCC crew replaced the metal cabin with a railed wooden observation platform.
