I’m August and today I’m going to talk about 5 tropes that I hate in visual novels, and why I don’t like these particular visual novel tropes.

Whether it's anime, manga, visual novels, or any other medium, there are always those particular character types and plot devices, you see very frequently.

There comes a point, however, where these devices end up becoming cliché and stereotypical due to their overused nature.
