I killed 12 Glacors in 5 minutes, and that is a rate of 144/hr
Each Glacor gives 5584 xp to the stat you are training (Mage) plus ~1860 ish xp to Hitpoints, so that is a rate of 804,096 Mage xp per hour, and a bit under 270k Hitpoints xp her hour.
