She has authored six books on health and wellness and over forty scientific publications. Currently, she is Vice President of Scientific Affairs for Organic India USA, President of the American College of Nutrition, and Faculty for the Institute for Functional Medicine and the University of Western States. Dr. Ben Bikman is a renowned metabolic research scientist and a popular speaker on human metabolism and nutrition. Dr. Bikman has a Doctor of Philosophy in bioenergetics and completed his postdoctoral fellowship in metabolic disorders with the Duke-National University of Singapore Medical School.
