There are 5 levels to Agile Planning.

1 - Overall Vision: Establish a clear future goal for the project, defining what success looks like and aligning the team on a common objective.

2 - Roadmap Planning: Break down the vision into high-level themes or initiatives, prioritize them, and create a visual roadmap for implementation.

3 - Release Planning: Detail the features and functionalities for each roadmap item, plan the deliverables for each release, and prioritize the backlog of epics and user stories.

4 - Iteration Planning: Define specific tasks for short-term iterations (usually 2-4 weeks), estimate task durations, and set priorities to guide the team's focus.

5 - Daily Planning (Standup): Conduct brief daily meetings to share progress, address challenges, and maintain team alignment on priorities and goals.

Looking ahead, Agile Planning will continue to evolve, with AI and automation, hybrid methodologies, and remote collaboration.
