BUT you didn't know that at first, did you? You have to lift the 6x4 pocket card flaps to reveal the full photo of the lovely Rose Canyon Lake that we hiked out to and around. Scrapbook Process Video - Multi Photo Spring Layout / Echo Park / The Scraproom Suzanna Lee 2024-04-12 | There's conversations being had about the pressure to "get caught up". Let me provide you with a perspective; my 21yo son is away at college, my 17yo daughter is a senior in high school who does share selfies but infrequently. There's only SO many selfies that I wanna scrapbook, esp 12x12. So I've begun to use more of my "printed but not used" photo stash. I was never hung up on "catching up" because I was more concerned with documenting current stories, the ones that resonated at the time. My family isn't going to say "Suzanna/Mum! Why didn't this story get told?" They won't know the gaps left undocumented but they most certainly will enjoy the stories I did capture. As these kids (the main subjects of my storytelling in 12x12 format) age out of sharing photos, I can go back to older photos and stories like this - a Spring day spent at Biltmore enjoying all the blooms. Scrapbook Process Video - How to Get a LetterPress Look Using The Spellbinder Glimmer System Suzanna Lee 2024-01-29 | Want that LetterPress, inked, debossed look with the texture but don't want to invest in anything more? Then check out today's tutorial/process video over on my YouTube channel! I used my Glimmer system with dye inks to get the SAME effect with no additional investment. I invested in some new Brutus Monroe a couple of months back and failed miserably with the Foil Reactive Embossing Powder and Heat Resistant Vellum sheets. Assuming that, as they were released together, they would work together. DON'T try it! And I can't say that the outcome of the Foil reactive Embossing Powder met my Type A perfectionist standards but it's done. And, as Sarah Scraps said, I don't ever have to do it again!
