Throughout my years as a climber I've been doing this exercise, the 4x4 bouldering round.
In today's video me and Cordi are put through the sufferfest that it is, and we go through how the exercise works and what you need to know if you wanna try it yourself.

4x4 Bouldering Exercise:
Find four boulders around 2-4 grades below your max level, have these be quite powerful with not too tiny of holds.
Do the four boulders in a row without any rest.
Repeat this after four minutes of rest for 2-4 sets!

Profit? Massive forearms of doom.
