Prime Minister Dr Elijah Tjitunga Ngurare will deliver the keynote address at the opening, after which JNC members elect their leadership, including a chairperson, vice-chairperson and chief whip.

Forty-two young representatives, selected from Grade 9 to Grade 11 learners across the country, make up the Junior National Council.
