Jordan Factor puts on an awesome flight with his heavily rebuilt CARF F-100D Super Sabre at Jets Over California 2026. Originally a CARF F-100 V1, Jordan spent more than a year completely rebuilding the aircraft and converting it to nearly V2 configuration. Major changes included electric landing gear, removal of the inlet duct, and conversion to a single fuel bag. The rebuild dropped more than 10 pounds from the aircraft, bringing the takeoff weight down to approximately 65 pounds. Jordan says it’s one of his absolute favorite airplanes—and watching this big F-100D fly, it’s easy to see why.
