Iceflare Bolts are now better than Pre-Nerf Shackle grenades (Shadow Buff)

Imagine 2023-09-18 | Context: Somewhere along the way, Iceflare received a change that allows it to re-freeze the same enemy it spawned the seeker on, which it didn't used to do. This means that if you coldsnap a champion or yellow bar, not only is the entire grenade refunded instantly, but you and your team can re-freeze it just by shooting it until your iceflare bolts timer runs out (4 freezes on a champ). This means you can freeze a champion for up to 20 seconds in total with a single coldsnap, which recharges instantly upon hitting the champion.

Not to mention, coldsnaps have intrinsic overload and unstop (since they slow enemies on direct impact), and now can consistently kill barrier champions due to the repeated freeze effect.

in the case there are a lot of adds around - shattering a yellow bar releases 2 bolts. one will seek out other targets, one will come back, so they won't cause problems

All three champion types at once, completely immobilize the champion for up to 20 seconds if you really stretch it, and a full grenade recharge upon using it.

Imagine 2023-05-03 | If I hear another person tell me that Thunderlord does great damage, I'm going to explode. It's only putting out ~44% of the damage that Izzy/Rocket does over a 20 second damage phase. If you want an easy DPS option, just firing a rocket launcher with explosive light is ~15% better than thunderlord, with no reload perks. If you use reload perks like luna's or loader mods, it's even better.

Revision Zero and Quicksilver Storm suck at boss DPS. (Primary exotic DPS ranking)

Imagine 2023-01-21 | EDIT: I forgot to include pre-charged revision zero in the calculations. For most damage phases (I used 30 seconds as a baseline), it sits at just under 2% better than hierarchy at 0m, so it barely makes a difference in the long run. Same with the eight-shot trick, the slower ROF on the 2-burst mode outweighs the extra sniper shots, decreasing DPS in the long run.

This data is meant to help you in damage phases against bosses like caretaker, where ammo is a big problem. You obviously shouldn't be using a primary over a heavy to kill a raid boss if you have a choice.
