Anyone who's been in a position of leadership can understand the message of this song. Life is full of problems, and sometimes all we can do is put a band-aid on it or provide a temporary distraction. Sometimes we can only give comforting words, even if they mean nothing to many listeners. Everyone wants answers and solutions, and when we have none, we are not allowed to admit so.
