Create your own style! Just mix your paint with fabric medium and you can turn your acrylic paints into fabric paints. The ratio is 1:1 - use equal amount of acrylic paint and equal amount of fabric medium. I used a German product, but there are other options available, too.Let the paint dry for 24 hours and iron it carefully (at least 1-2 minutes per each painted area to be sure) with hot iron to make the painting permanent. After ironing you can hand wash your denim jacket or other cloths in mild temperature. I also used a little bit of fabric paint with glitter. It's also washable after ironing. ART JOURNAL IDEAS: Bucket List - Collage page with paper, magazine cuts, acrylic paint Auermedia Arts & Crafts 2019-01-08 | Art Journaling Ideas: How to make a BUCKET LIST using paper, magazine cuts, collage and acrylic paint.As my bucket list would be too long, if I stated every single thing that I want to do before I "hit the bucket", I figured out six main categories of things I want to do, and I made a "Polaroid photo" representing each category. The most creative and fun part of this project was actually finding symbols for each category.I think it helps me to keep on the right track and it also helps me to appreciate all the things that I'm going to achieve even if there's not a detailed list that I could cross out. It's also better, because my wishes keep changing as I'm adjusting to things that come across my journey.I printed out small Polaroid cards that I made myself, but you can also find templates on the internet, if you like to do something like this - or just cut out small rectangles from white paper. ART JOURNAL: Collage page with magazine cuts, Dylusions inks and acrylics Auermedia Arts & Crafts 2018-06-23 | Mindmap - Bound to work - ART JOURNAL PAGE with magazine cuts, Dylusions ink sprays and transparent acrylic paints.Instead of background stamping, I created texture with black and white magazine cuts and layered more cuts over it. I used pink (Bubblegum pink), purple (Pomegranate seed) and white (White linen) Dylusion inks on the top layer. I also used transparent acrylic paints (cheap paints from Flying Tiger) to color the bottom layer.The bottom layer is covered with clear gesso by Dina Wakley / Ranger. I used tiny dots stencil by Balzer designs and another stencil with sand effect paste.The focal point and embellishments are magazinecuts as well.You can see the whole process on the video tutorial. Learn how to make a layered collage page and see how the inks and acrylics worked together!I called the page "Mindmap" as I think it captures the essence of creating and processing ideas better than any simple diagram could.
