From KPBI Fox 46/15, the original Fox affiliate in the Fort Smith, AR market. I'm a fan of occasionally throwing a promo on the air that has no announcer; it sort of obliges the viewer to stop what they're doing and look to see what's going on. As underbudgeted and low-power-station-with-no-budget as our station was, I always really dug this promo - it's got a nice vibe to it. Management had me add a voice-over later; the "instrumental" was always my preferred version of it.
