In this tutorial I am demonstrating a spinning straight pour with the cloudy effect on a 14x14in canvas and I'm going for the boulder cells but testing a semi-opaque as the background color. I'm loving the results. The paints I used were Decoart Americana Decor Satin Enamel in Pure White & Liquitex Basics Titanium White, Phthalo Blue, Phthalo Green, Quinacridone Magenta. The satin enamels are mixed 50/50 with the colors to achieve the cloudy effect.
