Asdrubael Vect - part 2.
Sigh. Yet again time escapes me. FFS. Now I'll have to do a third part and we know nobody watches series. OK, I may write them and put them up, but look at DORN. God was that a disappointment when it came to the third episode. So few hits. Then again, Thaddeus and Tarq now get 10k hits if I am a lucky chump. I know youtube now despised long form, but they will never compete with Tik Tok, so pushing shorts and drowning long videos is insane. But then, I would say that. Lets be honest, there are so many warhammer channels now its pretty pointless me releasing videos. I do it for the insomniacs and patreons and for the little cash I gain. I better hope my attempts at writing can gain even a few sales. Gulp. With AI generating videos of an hour apiece every day, why on earth would anyone even bother to dip into my old vault. Perhaps Spotify. Or another platform like that. Lets be honest, nobody watches these things. Or I would put in a lot more effort on the visuals. But then, perhaps I don't get many hits due to that. Chicken egg I guess.
Either way, I still enjoy making wee videos. I just wish I had the drive and energy I used to have. Urg. I still consider myself one of the luckiest slap heads in society. I actually get to play with toys and then make stories up about them, or voice other people's stories. Now that aint bad. But then, I wish I was a good enough writer for my own pieces to compete with the long reads from the warhammer expansions. Practice practice I guess. Its not like I haven;t been trying my little socks off. I have watched soooooo many videos and read a fair few books on writing now. Well, I better hope something clicks soon. Lets be honest, its all softcore and sleeze if you want to get ahead. Or those strange animations that attract people. Not the good ones, like white bubble headed toons that barely react to the video, but somehow they do so well. Lets be honest, I think I am just too old to connect with the current audience on youtube, or anything warhammer I think. Older chaps already know the lore, so its not like they hove to me in any particular amount more than others.
Chunter chunter, when will this thing upload? Realistically, I think I am just tired. I need that break I always get in January. Yeah.That's it. Write a book, make and paint my Knight and EC army. Come back fighting fit. I am never ever going to get that Warhammer models vs Christmas foods episode done. Imagine the mess alone! Let alone the editing. Nor the Christmas Carols one. Planned for 3 years. Never done. I am such a clutz.
