Threw together hummus with what we had on hand—leftover jarred capsicums, extra chickpeas, a generous scoop of tahini and a whole lot of hope. It’s 40°C in Melbourne and this is the only kind of cooking I’m interested in. No recipe, no rules, just surviving the heat one dip at a time. 🥵🥙
