Safari Ants, also known as Siafu ants, live in East Africa. They are extremely aggressive and will attack and kill almost anything in their path that doesn't move. Their bite is extremely painful. When they find themselves short of food in one area the entire colony moves, sometimes as many as 50,000,000 of them. Look closely and you will see this group took their larva with them. The line of ants continued past our tent for 3 days.
