From civil protection workers in Kharkiv repairing infrastructure in freezing temperatures, to teachers giving lessons in shelters, and 12‑year‑old Sasha, who keeps playing the piano despite the war, Ukrainians are showing extraordinary resilience.
The EU stands with Ukraine for as long as it takes. Together with its Member States, the European Union has mobilised almost €195 billion in political, financial, military and humanitarian support.
