Viral recipes always look great when they flash past on your phone, and I’ve tested enough of them before to know that’s not always a good sign. This time though, I might have been onto a winner.

In this one I try Peanut butter chocolate rice cakes, Oreo sushi, Cowboy butter and a baked salad (which probably should be called a roasted salad IMHO!)
Honestly, all four were good. Some were simple, some were a bit unexpected, but none of them felt like a waste of time, which is not something I say very often with viral recipes.
