Pete Vree | 4 to 20 mA TWIDO PLC Program (Ultrasonic Level Lab 6) @PeteVree | Uploaded 6 years ago | Updated 1 day ago
Sorry for the brutal audio... the lab has a constant hum from the ducts, and I couldn't seem to remove the background noise without distorting my voice =(
This video will walk you through how to develop the TWIDO PLC Program to monitor your 4-20 mA signal from the Ultrasonic Sensor, and sequentially turn on 4 lights to indicate 0-25%, 25-50%, 50-75% and 75-100% of our tank level.
Note: The previous video in the playlist had a value from 400 to 2000, this program has values of 0 to 10,000 to correspond to our 4 to 20 mA range. This will work out better for later labs where we introduce the PID parameters.
