Capcom ruined charge blade by doing the phial hitbox smaller than a sandcorn and flatter than their Moms tits.
We were going for sub 2 but we ran out of time because it's hard to schedule a team of 4 CB Players. Rise rng without PC mods is just cancerous and makes speedrunning a disgusting reset, No skill related just braindead praying and neet farming, aka speedrunning without rng removal mods.
