A little while ago, I took a look at the first four Groo the Wanderer comic covers from Pacific Comics. They were coloured by Gordon Kent in 1983 and then recoloured by Tom Luth in 1989 for Epic Comics The Chronicles of Groo the Wanderer books.

This time, I'm looking at PC Groo covers #5 - #8, which were originally coloured by Tom Luth and then recoloured by Tom six years later for The Chronicles books. Take a look at what Tom kept the same and see the changes he made to the covers. In my opinion, Tom did a great job on all the original covers, but some of the recoloured versions he managed to improve upon!
