Eventually your baby is going to demand you sit them up for most of their awake time. And if you're going to sit your baby up anyway, you might as well do it in a way that helps them develop the skills and strength needed to sit up independently.

There are 4 main steps to teaching a baby to sit up independently. Each one is necessary, and builds on the previous one. In this video you'll learn how to know when your baby is ready to learn how to sit up, then I'll walk you through each of the steps and show you how you can do them with your baby.

If you follow along with each step, you'll have your baby sitting up in no time!
