This is a small 4 band audio spectrum analyzer, it is available as a DIY KIT. Is connect in series between the audio source and amplifier, the KIT is powered at 5V via USB. The KIT has three modes of operation and it is also possible to adjust the sensitivity, by the single button on the PCB. Also in this KIT they have obscured the name of the IC.. according to the diagram it should be a WD1084 IC
