The living space in cities is getting smaller and more expensive. Therefore, furniture can no longer be too bulky and must adapt to the new circumstances.

Since children grow up quickly, children‘s furniture is sold or thrown away as soon as the children are older.

My design 4ages combines four functions in one object, which saves space and money. In childhood it can be used as a seesaw and desk. When you get older, the object can be used as a side table or stool in the living room or bedroom.

You grow up with the design and you develop an emotional bond with it. Therefore, it has a high longevity and can be passed on from generation to generation.

4ages is made from a multiplex board (birch) and 29 wooden rods (beech).
