These are SOME of the reasons Squats and Deadlifts may lead you to injury in the future. But by applying these tips I've learned, you can minimize your chances of injury and need for deloading in the future by slowing down the rate at which you accumulate axial loading fatigue!
Note that if you are a beginner you don't need to worry about axial loading fatigue nearly as much, but I would still recommend learning proper bracing.
I was one of those guys who tried to cut and recomp when they were skinny and fat because it sounded like the perfect idea. Absolutely flawless logic. Im so glad I got out of that phase relatively quickly, but I cant say the same for others who continue to try to cut or recomp.
if you're skinny fat, BULK, you don't have enough fat to reliably build muscle/strength on a cut/recomp. The solution to skinny fat is to build muscle which is guaranteed if you BULK! Once you build the muscle you can't return to being skinny fat because you HAVE Muscle!
Your spine doesn't just magically explode from lifting heavy. Any injury unless you're a complete idiot will result from several variables accumulating over time. To combat this always stay on top of recovery and LISTEN to your body!

As you can see in the video, the trends may work if you brute force it enough, but usually it's very unsustainable and unnecessary. Just because you do X Y and Z things, doesn't mean X Y, and Z all work for you, maybe only X is needed, etc.

Training legs at home is tough, but you can get your upper body JACKED with the proper protocol!
