Eleanor opens the album "They Know Who They Are" with a revised version of "The Momentary Highs, The Unfathomable Lows" that has a different, but significant ending- the theme of this album, if you haven't figured it out by now, is abuse- the enforced, enforcing, and enforcers. Many have cheated other people out of an honest life, and get away with it without any consequence. In my case, i had not realized that a lot of the things i blame myself for on a daily basis root from people who have enforced this logic of being ashamed of my true self for the decades i've been here, so trying to understand exactly WHAT i am now is a mystery that has only begun. i know that i'm not accepted by the community i was born and raised in. i know that many people will not be able to understand me, even if i transcribed my feelings into my work. i know that autism is a thing that is exponentially growing and being accepted. DM DOKURO - bacteriophage DM DOKURO 2022-10-05 | ... whatever. my birthday, my channel, my rules. you already know how we do things around here.this track comes from an album that i am currently working on - i had thought about not really saying much of anything about it, as it was a sudden idea for an album at that time, and i go through those like paper (commitment issues), but after finishing a few tracks for it, i decided to make this a thing. then i realized that i practically ghosted all of you as a result of the work i'm putting into this thing. all of this said, i might as well give you at least one glimpse into the mayhem i've been focused on. i will warn you: i'll be experimenting with all types of sounds for this album, so you can expect a lot of harsh noise and sensory overload as a result.this track is about science, i think. that, or the vicious cycle of abuse seen from the eyes of a simple organism attacking its host. i've seen many stories like this one, where it just... continues. doesn't stop, or get remedied... it continues, and sometimes, it shows from both sides. either can try to move on from it, but it will live within them forever. even an argument you may think was insignificant can hold that much of a difference. without resolution or closure, it continues again and again.manually making growls/screams for a synth voice with none of those features is extremely hard work, but it was necessary for this track, and for another that'll be worked on after a little break i'm taking, since i had worked on this track for nearly 10 days in a row. . . . have i mentioned how much fun i'm having with synthesizer v?
