First, the 3rd Debate Specific Rules.
Donald Trump states a fleshed out specific policy proposal, shot
Rand Paul interjects uninvited, drink
Phrase “repeal and replace Obamacare” is used, drink
Ted Cruz stares directly into camera over 20 uninterrupted seconds, shot
Marco Rubio references Obama “leading from behind” on foreign policy”, drink
Mike Huckabee references god, bible, Jesus, or faith
Carly Fiorina has another large applause line like the last debate, drink
Chris Christie references his weird 9/11 anecdote again
Jeb Bush is forced to talk about his little brother George W, drink
Jeb challenges Trump directly or vice versa, drink
If Carson holds his hands together while speaking, drink
If you zone out because Carson is talking too slow or monotone, shot
If Trumps insults anyone, drink. If he opens the entire debate with an insult, shot.

Lightning Bonus. Republican Debate Classic Mode Rules:
Candidate goes over allotted time by 5 seconds, drink
Candidate goes over allotted time by 12 seconds or more, shot
Candidate challenges opponent by name, drink
Candidate dodges, redirects tough question, drink
Moderator tells candidate they didn’t answer the question, drink
Someone mentions Ronald Reagan
Candidate references humble beginnings (son of a farmer barkeeper, mom was a maid) drink
if crowd cheers loudly, drink crowd gives standing ovation, shot
Candidates challenges moderator directly and aggressively, shot
Drink if a candidate begins listing off numbers, percentages, and budget achievements.
