ANTI-STRESS:
When watching TV or YouTube etc. people become used to fast changing camera positions, and ever changing scenes... flashes of color and light this along with noise (music, action) does have effect on the human hormon- and nerve system. This plus stress at work, stress driving your car, and other daily moments of stress adds up and reaches unhealthy levels in our so called civilized world.
So watching a clip of a peaceful place in nature, is like almost sitting there yourself and unlike TV the camera position does not permanently change and raise your attention every few second, in this clips you can feel free... to lose yourself, even you can meditate and deeply relaxe.
NEED MORE ACTION ?
For all that can't stand scenes that show the same over several minutes... I can tell you I will also provide "short films" including all the scenes in one video and with shorter duration, but still peaceful.
