Finally MT Framework Mobile games working.
Resident Evil The Mercenaries 3D, Monster Hunter and Súper Street Fighter IV should run fine but is almost like MMJ.
Graphics glitches because there's no Texture Hack.

- Fix a touchscreen issue (fixes issue #47 with Picross 3D Round 2).
- Start a service to keep the persistent notification (fixes issue #65).
- Make touch joystick re-centering configurable.
- Fix implicit type conversion error for GLES (fixes MH4U).
- Fix a software keyboard bug (fixes issue #5359 with Heroes of Ruin).
- Disable asynch GPU with DQ7 (fixes issue #14).
- Allow sliding finger across D-pad to change direction.
