It's what the Title says it is. I used the 3D Figure thing on Microsoft Office 10 Beta to make a shape, I used paint to make the faces, and then Macromedia to animate it.
BTW, this was only 2 seconds long, uncompressed, and it was about 37 Megabytes o_o
