I started by defining a clear intention for every movement. Nothing moves just to look cool. Every animation has a reason behind it.
I used a single effector layer to drive everything. Position, scale, and color all react based on distance. One control point controlling the entire system, which makes the animation flexible and easy to tweak.
The keyframes are kept to a minimum. Most of the heavy lifting is done with expressions that translate distance into motion and color. Fewer keyframes, more structure.
Easing was intentional. Slow where attention matters, fast where it does not. The goal was clarity, not complexity.
Big takeaway.
Strong animation is about smart systems, not more keyframes.
