ODrive V3 cogging issue at slow speed causing artifacts?
ODrive V4 is coming and should normally improve this a lot.

(sorry about the shaky video. The stabilizer on my new camera is having issue and its bad at it. It only happens in that room for some reason, and I think its because of the LED lights in that room. I will disable that feature next time. Very weird effect)
