In this video, we kick off an epic multi-part build of the iconic DeLorean Time Machine from Back to the Future—fully 3D printed from the insanely detailed and screen-accurate files by Didier Picard.

This is Part 1, where we dive into the resin 3D printing process, go full throttle into sanding and painting a ton of intricate parts, and tackle the main car body with primer, paint, and final sealing. It’s a massive project with a ridiculous number of files to organize, prep, and assemble—but the results are pure movie magic.
