We built a fully functional talking T-800 Terminator head with face tracking and an AI chatbot! This is the complete build process — from buying a 3D model package to modifying it for animation, achieving a realistic chrome finish, wiring up electronics, and making it actually interact with people. We show the mistakes, redesigns, and what finally made it work as a creepy (but fun) Halloween display.
