So here is my long awaited 3D motion tracking tutorial using Boujou and the 3D software of your choice. I personally use 3d max.

Software needed:

● Sony Vegas 9+ or After effects to render image sequence
● Boujou 4 or 5
● 3D software (ie 3D max or C4D)
