Bionic designs, complex structures and small batch sizes - to meet the challenges of modern manufacturing in the metal industry, ‪@hsautomationgmbh‬ has teamed up with KUKA to develop a robotic solution for 3D metal printing.
The result: a modular automation cell that not only produces complex metal parts efficiently, but also preserves the material.

This robot-guided laser deposition welding technology opens up completely new possibilities. The use of this technology in areas such as e-mobility and medical technology is within reach thanks to the variety of materials that can be processed, such as stainless steel, titanium and even copper.
