An interesting way to crash Hot Wheels Velocity X that I accidentally encountered while messing around with Sooo Fast in Joyride mode. It completely crashed the game. I tried the exact same thing with Sooo Fast again and recorded it that time. I have no idea why this happens. I tested it on the GameCube version too, and the game still crashes. Since I had the free time and was intrigued, I tested it with every single car in the game. The following cars crash the game when you do what I did in this video:
- Sooo Fast
- Jaded
- Hyper Mite
- Maelstrom
- HW Prototype 12
- Twin Mill II
- Super Tuned
The thing that all these cars have in common is the fact that they all have 30 armor (besides Super Tuned). Weirdly though, this doesnt work with every car that has 30 armor; the ones that dont crash the game just get disabled as intended. Also, this only works in the Crankshaft Bay Missions, because falling off the bridge has a different effect in Joyride.
