In this video I install the Gradus M1 Pro control board via an opto-isolated relay module to a barrier block which connects to the various control inputs (hold feed, resume/cycle start and reset), the hard stop and limits switches. I also wire up the stepper drivers and prepare the second galvanised plate for the output relay modules. I fit 24v LED back-lit buttons for the inputs, and test the amended firmware, running a g-code job and how the machine responds.
