I recently was messing around on mushroom gorge glitch, to try to find a strat viable with every controller. I quickly found what i'm calling the 360 strat (i'm not sure if it's new, i haven't seen it before), which is the 1st clip of the video. It gives pretty consistently 15s laps.
While trying to get a good time with this strat, I managed to get a few times the "cookie" strat, so I thought i'd do a compilation of it. Enjoy.
It doesn't requires any precise inputs, it's viable with every controller. (played with nunchuck on the video)

Compilation of almost all shortcuts in Saphi to this day. (Saphi version beta 8.2)
Some trivials and intended shortcuts were left out for the sake of making a shorter video (although the video is already pretty long).
To record the footage, I used savestates for some of those shortcuts, and even slowdown for the hardest ones.
The difficulty rating is purely indicative and based only on my own experience. Some shortcuts are technically easy to perform, but very hard to perform fast enough in order to save time, which earn them a high difficulty rating.
