On October 26, 2017, the Agile Ecosystems conference took place at Leiden University – Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs, organised with our lab partners PwC, UBR and CA Technologies. Researchers, change agents and problem owners came together to discuss how we can collaborate better across different organizations with the help of Agile methods.
During three keynotes and nine parallel workshop sessions, experts from the public and private sectors and academia shared what they learned from applying ecosystem thinking in practice. The sessions dealt with topics such as shared leadership in Agile Ecosystems, the role of the manager in an ecosystem, building sustainable communities, and rapid prototyping of emerging technologies.
