On November 13, 2024. Officers from the Lancaster Police Department responded to a residence for the report of a domestic dispute between a parent and child. When officers arrived, they met a male “Mason”, and a female “Michelle”. They both stepped outside and Michelle stated that she wanted her son Mason to leave. Mason stated that his mother had woken him up and told him he could not use her vehicle anymore and that he needed to leave. Mason said he told his mom that he was going to work in a few hours and needed more time to get packed up. Another officer spoke with Michelle who said that her son did something he shouldn't have done with her car the previous night and told Mason that he was no longer allowed to use her vehicle and told him to leave the house. She also stated that Mason got in her face yelling and said he was going to throw himself down the stairs and blame it on her. She then said Mason threw himself down the stairs and that one of her neighbors had seen some of what happened. She said that they argue a lot and she feels like she's walking on eggshells in her own home. Mason said the black BMW in the driveway was his bosses, but there was another car in the garage that Michelle was talking about. He then said his mom grabbed at him and he tumbled down a few stairs but it did not cause him pain. Both Mason and Michelle agreed that it started over Michelle telling Mason that he cannot use her car and that he needed to leave. Michelle said Mason got in her face and threw her phone. While officers were speaking with Michelle, Mason kept trying to go inside. The officers explained that they needed to figure things out first, and Mason got frustrated saying it was cold. Mason was then handed a coat and a pair of shoes. Mason said he could leave and would either stay with his Grandmother or with Tyler, his boss. Mason then got frustrated again because he said the shoes were from his room, and nobody should have gone in his room. Officers decided that they would let Mason pack up his belongings and leave. An officer spoke with a neighbor who witnessed some of what happened. The neighbor stated that she did not hear Mason yell, but did hear Michelle asking for her phone back from him. Officers decided that due to Mason initially stating it did not cause him pain, but then later said "it hurt” , that it seemed that Mason was modifying his story in an effort to get Michelle in trouble and decided to charge him with disorderly conduct. Officers then spoke with Michelle and explained that if he came back that she would have to legally evict him in court. Mason was found guilty for Disorderly Conduct and ordered to pay a $263 fine.
