Before anyone asks, yes, Wiggles Movie content is coming! I caught a bit of a stuffy nose over the past few days which kept me AFP (away from projector) temporarily but I've inspected the print fully and it's very exciting stuff. Here's a little something in the meantime.
Keen viewers may spot the presence of a duplicate frame above, specifically during the closing Paramount logo. This is an over-and-under 3D print which is designed specifically for theaters with capabilities to present films on 35mm in 3D. This was a format pioneered by Technicolor from 2010-2011 (look up "Technicolor 3D 35mm" for a fun rabbit hole dive) with studios like Paramount, Warner Bros., Universal and a need-it-not-be-named smaller label headlined by a very ugly human being.
Of course, given the antiquity of my projection equipment, I don't have the readiness to present films like this in full-fledged 3D. I can, however, mask the framing as to present it in its flat 2D format, sort of like you see here (but with less elegant frame blocking, hence the sliver of upper frame).

On March 25th, 2009, at approximately 3:13 P.M. EST in an act of television broadcast piracy, an organization labeled as Paintys Pretty Pirates - evidently a reference to the titular character in the theme song for SpongeBob SquarePants - hijacked Nickelodeons satellite television signal for approximately two minutes, interrupting a rerun of the aforementioned series episode Krusty Love. The episode ran as normal until about halfway through playback, when erratic stuttering noises and sudden freezes interfered with the onscreen signal. Ultimately, the image began to demonstrate brief distortion in various manners (accompanied by strange and sudden sounds), followed by an abrupt cut to solid black. Not long after, a faded and obscured image of Painty the Pirate appeared across the screen, and a myriad of sound effects successively started to play, including but not limited to the Windows XP Error sound, a female text-to-speech robot voice stating the loss of video input, an audio clip of Sandy Cheeks from episode Pre-Hibernation Week saying No, you aint, audio of WWE celebrity John Cena speaking in what appears to be Korean, and Michael Jacksons much-infamous Hee-hee from his hit single The Way You Make Me Feel. After another cut to black and a short patch of silence, small white text appeared that stated WE ARE COMING FOR YOU. The image yet again cut to black, which was then followed by a complete loss of signal via TV static. After this, the input apparently switches to a Packard Bell computer boot-up screen (suggesting the Nickelodeon technicians attempting to combat the issue) along with a Windows Boot Manager error screen. An error message soon after appears above the Boot Manager, stating how an illegal operation has been performed. More TV static ensues, followed by a silent video clip of characters SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star standing in a white background, observing their surroundings. An abrupt cut is then made to an all-caps message in white text that reads, WE HAVE FULL CONTROL - THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO - © 2009 PAINTYS PRETTY PIRATES as well as a screenshot of Painty the Pirate as featured in the Truth or Square SpongeBob SquarePants special episode in the lower right hand corner, all in front of the iconic SMPTE color bars. Another round of TV static follows. Then, a message to viewers from Nickelodeon regarding the inconvenience is displayed onscreen, accompanied by an image of a frightened SpongeBob on the left on the screen. After one final round of static, the stations regular programing resumes.
The specific identities of Paintys Pretty Pirates remain unknown to this date.

I think film critic Carrie Rickey put it best - An entertaining rethink of the 1951 classic.

Going to give some of these a go with the 24fps setting of my camera, which in my not-so-humble opinion I feel so far puts out the highest-quality capture with regards to my 35mm captures.
This is a print Ive had for a while - about two and a half years, to be precise. As is clear by the video, no MPAA rating tag, which is how I received it from the seller. Cut out for either a) a Canadian cinema or b) some unbeknownst reason Im too dumb to understand.
I own none of the audiovisual content seen and heard in the video, per usual - all copyrighted property of Paramount Pictures Corporation. Not making money off of this, not intending to infringe copyright, just uploading for archival purposes.")
