This is Mathieu Nouet´s spectacular Simca Rallye 3 unit, specially built within the Group F Class regulations of the French Hillclimb Championship and powered by the 1.4L, 8 Valve engine originally found on the Legendary Renault 5 Turbo. A proper Rear-Engined, Rear Wheel Drive Classic machine now with over 350Hp of old-school Turbocharged power moving only 850Kg, it takes a proper driver to make the most of this very tricky machine, and Mr. Nouet certainly seems up to the task. Not afraid to slide this little Monster and push the limits of Grip, his performance as can be seen here on the 2021 and 2019 editions of Turckheim HillClimb show how he is the current French Champion of his class. And hopefully there is more to come from this Simca Monster and for us to show during 2022...
