This video shows part 2 of my regimen where I go through how I deep condition (DC). I use about 1/4c conditioner (Aussie 3 min miracle), 1tbsp honey, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 7-10drops Essential tea tree oil and stir till well mixed.
I never use a towel in my hair. I always use soft kitchen paper towels and let mix sit sit at least 30mins. You can use heat but not necessary.
