Kitchen has fully electric stove/oven which requires 100 amp service, custom cabinets, and fridge. Bathroom has a corner shower, c-head toilet, IKEA sink and beautiful dark stain barn door and beams. It has two built-in staircases with 2 ft. deep storage drawers, fold-up table, fresh air exchangers, on demand propane water heater, DC LED lighting, and a washer/dryer combo unit. Bedroom area holds a queen bed, has corner hanging clothes space, and 6' 7" clearance at the high point.
