In this video I didn't really use the single target, just the movement setup I have going on. I was using a level 2 Lightning Warp (I was under the impression that it got increased cast speed per level, and the reduced duration was quality. It's the opposite xD). So this can go way faster. Probably could've cleared it in 1:25/1:30ish.
It pretty much deletes liches in T4-5 maps. Haven't taken it further than that since I'm still getting 100% exp on T2-3 maps at 78. I'll be uploading more videos as the build progresses.
