Twister is a skill from my helm thats been around for a while, but it got massive buffs this league: reduced duration on rings and amulet, marohi erqi for Battlemage.

I made it thematic by adding the tornado skill in the build, which helps with single target plus it looks cool and behaves similarly to the twisters. When twisters hit the tornado (up to 20 times), it buffs the tornado since twisters are projectiles.

I'm using a pretty interesting 3-layer defensive setup. Sublime vision gives 15% life when hit, which affects ES regen too as inquisitor. So even though I only have about 1k ES, it recovers instantly, which nullifies all the small hits and DOT (except chaos dmg). If damage goes thru my ES, between 50% to 100% life, I use my life flask to recover (i got many life flask nodes without much investment). Between 0% to 50% life, I'm using petrified blood, so 40% of the damage is prevented, and I have a ton of regen to recover that.

Lightning warp is nice since my duration is 0 even with a level 1 gem.
